THE WEDDING EDIT

Here we invite you to take a closer look at some of our favourite weddings to inspire + excite you as you look towards planning your own unique florals alongside useful + interesting observations on the world of wedding flowers.

Snowdrops Studio’s floral design has a natural, considered + romantic style which we then combine with reflecting your style preferences, the venue space, atmosphere + always the seasonal moment in time. We also love to explore any cultural or heritage elements you wish to include; symbolising them through carefully selected flowers that carry personal meaning for you + your loved ones. All of this then creates a unique + bespoke brief to flower your day with!

'Peach fuzz' in wedding flowers

The Pantone colour of the year in 2024  - Peach Fuzz, was most definitely my favourite of recent years; it really took off in the wedding world & has continued to be present throughout ‘25 weddings too!

Peach used in just the right way adds a delicate yet juicy feel to a colour palette, feminine & playful.  It can take centre stage or it can be a delicate accent to soften & add warmth.

When D&M came to me with the idea of using Peach Fuzz within a bright, summery, fun feel I was naturally delighted! We combined juicy peach & apricot tones along with sky blues, hot ,fuchsia pinks, pale pinks, inky electric blue & creamy butter yellow to create a vibrant & dynamic colour palette. It was soooooo good!!!

As it was late summer we used locally grown dahlias, zinnias, hydrangeas & cosmos, along with Dutch David Austin rose beauty - ‘Juliet”, spray roses & delphiniums. We also created a fruity tablescape with handmade candlesticks by the groom adding a meaningful & personal touch to finish. The ceremony was held at a stunning church in the heart of Somerset with a reception at nearby gorgeous, hill-top venue - Coombe Lodge.
